2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: your full name, email address, and the content of the message you send us. You provide this data voluntarily when you contact us with an inquiry or request for a quote.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote for our services. The legal basis is your voluntary contact with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request).

4. Who the data is shared with

The website is hosted via Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), and the contact form is processed through their infrastructure. Fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which may involve transferring the visitor's IP address to Google when the page loads. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention period

We keep data from the contact form for as long as business communication with you continues, and for no more than 2 years from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (e.g. a signed contract and accounting records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You can send your request to info@behindthewow.hr. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), www.azop.hr.

7. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics. If this changes (e.g. by introducing Google Analytics), this policy and the corresponding cookie notice will be updated before such tools are activated.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
